We gained one roommate, but lost another!

There are currently 4 of us (ages 21 to 25) sharing 3 rooms. We have two double rooms and one single. The double room, which you would be sharing with me, is spacious enough for the both of us...don't worry.

We are located in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, just a couple blocks from the Recoleta Cemetary, and are offering an excellent price for where we're located. Rent is 700 pesos per month + approximately 20 pesos more for electricity, water, gas, TV, phone, and wireless internet. We can offer such a great price thanks to some good connections and the fact that there are a few of us sharing this apartment.

We are looking for someone fun (like us, of course.....), yet responsible (we clean about once a week and like to stay somewhat organized). About us: we are a mixture of 2 Argentineans, and 2 Americans studying medicine, dance, and working (there was a Brazilian about a week ago....but as you already know, he's gone). We are 4 males, but we have lived with a female and I don't mind sharing a room with a girl. We all are planning to stay her for about 1-2 years, so if you're planning on moving to Buenos Aires or staying for a long period of time, this is a great opportunity.

Hi!
We are three working students, a swedish guy, a French girl, and an argentinian guy just moving to Buenos Aires. We rent a flat which has one free room left. We are looking for a friendly roommate to share the flat and some good moments in Buenos Aires. We speak spanish, english, french, italian and a little german.
The flat is situated in a very central and well conected zone, whith many bus lines and the underground station �Facultad de Medicina� (Line D) a few meters away. Close to the flat you can find supermarkets, gyms, cafes, video club...
The flat is well furnished, and has Cable TV, Internet Wi-fi and illimited calls to local landlines.
The bedroom to rent has a single and a half bed, a big window and a closet. We have a big, sunny living room with a sofa, a big table to organize some dinners and a nice balcony to hang out and have drinks in the summer. In addition to that, there are two bathrooms and a furnished kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge. The flat also has a room with washing machine, an iron and an ironing table.
You can check out the photos! We still haven�t had time to decorate the flat but it won�t stay this way ;)
We rent the room for USD 350 plus more or less USD 50 for the expenses. When entering the flat, you have to pay 200 USD for the deposit, which will be refunded to you when leaving.

El departamento tiene un salon amplio y luminoso con sofa, mesa grande para hacer cenas y un lindo balcon donde tomar el aperitivo en el verano. Ademas hay dos banos y una cocina equipada con microondas, horno y heladera. El departamento tambien cuenta con un cuarto de servicios con lavarropa, tabla de planchar y plancha.

Alquimos la habitacion por $350 mas gastos (unos 25 dolares).
Al entrar hay que pagar un deposito de 200 dolares que se devuelven al dejar el depto.
